During my seven-night stay at Hotel Jk Palace, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, which was a major plus. However, the experience was marred by poor room quality, including noise disturbances from the street and hallway. The billing practices also left a lot to be desired, as I faced some overcharging issues that soured my experience.
